Have you tried on you new purchase and for some reason it does not fit the way you love? Not to worry! We will make your return easy and hassle free! Please read and follow these instructions carefully!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with you purchase, you may easily send the item purchased for an exchange or in store credit. Returns must be made within 7 days from the original purchase or delivery date. Once the item has been worn, washed, or the tags are removed, it will not be accepted for returns. When returning items please make sure the original tags are attached and the items show no signs of wear including but not limited to sweat, make-up, deodorant, and hair, or any other form of damage since such clothing cannot be accepted.

We do check our clothing before shipping out, but it is always good practice for you to examine all clothing before removing tags, wearing, and washing. Please examine the seams, stitching, fabric, fit, etc. before wearing. Remember please do not remove the tags until this step is complete as items without original tags attached will not be accepted for returns.

How to return:

Please write us an email at contact@myfitappeal.com with the invoice number and item description for us to schedule a return delivery pick up on your behalf.

In the event of an exchange please include in the email the product brand name, product description, size and colour of the items you would like for an exchange so we can place them on hold for you as items can sell out before we receive your return package.

Please note you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Fit Appeal Ltd. will ship the exchange items free of charge to you!

WARNING: Items that contain deodorant marks, pet hairs, odors or any other condition other than new will be sent back at customers expense.
